I think they have a tool for removing copies whose uninstaller fails.

The Norton Removal Tool cannot be used if Symantec Corporate Edition was installed.

Once you've done so... best not make the same mistake again, get something
else instead!

AVG, for example.

AVG is one of the worst out there IMHO.
