A couple of comments.
1) The web page enrollment is run in the context of the user, not the computer, so you must be able to provide the subject name in the request
2) This is only available in version 2 certificates
3) You previously stated you have standard edition for your enteprise CA, so you cannot issue version 2 certificates.
If you had an enterprise CA, then you could create a v2 certificate, and you do not have to add the template, it would be available under advanced requests

Is it possible to ad other Certificate templates on web Enrolment page.
Like Workstation and others.
I need to add template, that has role of Client authentication, like user or
computer certificate, but i need to add option for writing name. Name of
computer not name of user who requested ….
