does microsoft support 232 gb harddrive partitioned in fat32?

I was not able to partition my lacie 232 gb harddrive to fat32 in
windows but I used linux instead (parted magic) and that worked but I
am really not liking windows right now cause it is really slow to
check it for errors compared to when I had it partition for mac os x.
I can not put it in ntfs because I won't be able to read/write in mac
os x and I do not want to use Macdrive software with windows.
when I was putting files on my lacie harddrive through mac for a while
then when I open to check if my files were ok when I click on the
folder named projects it changes it's name to My Documents which is
another folder on my harddrive and when I open either one of them with
the same name it has the same stuff in it instead of having one of
them having what my projects folder had in it but I just though it had
to do with fragmentation so I just defragmented my harddrive in
windows but I checked it for errors first.
When I open my hard disk in windows sometimes it closes it because of
DEP protection I already check for unwanted programs and activity on
my computer through highjackthis, process explorer, and tcpview to
check for unwanted connections. I use search sites like
processlibrary.com to see if any of the processes are unwanted and if
they do not come up in here I search google for it.
so I just assumed that it is ok so I turned off windows explorer DEP
protection but sometimes it still closes it. any ideas or help with my
problem will be much appreciated.
