If you are looking to configure Windows security settings, installing
Windows XP Professional will save you some time and headache. Home
Edition is rather limited and locked down.

but once you log back in you won't be able to change it back the only
way you can is by booting in safe mode and then logging in as
Administrator.
could someone please give me an example of how to configure a user in
the xml file.
