I have no experience with that kit you mention, so I can't give you any advice there. I suspect there's no way to do what you're asking for, short of giving each user their own computer.

multi-session environment.
I'm use a device multi-users expansion kit (
http://ncomputing.com/ncomputing/products/direct.php ) and when I connect a
webcam at the Host PC the other clients can to see the transmission of this.
By this reason I like restrict the use for some users OR the other option
could be to limit the use of the webcam in Messenger in the other session
open.
If this isn't possible exist a Software or application that can do it?.
