I have no idea how - except that you must find the cause.
What are the create dates on these? Do they change?

What I can tell you is that these are not changing on their own.
Something causes it, which you need to find.

If create date changes, we just adjust permissions on parent
folder so next created are correct. If date is not changing,
then it gets tougher, finding an active agent doing the change.

I'm try to give permission for userA to access folder in c:\Program
Files\AirPlusXXX\DB
But after 2-3 day that user can't access to c:\Program
Files\AirPlusXXX\DB,
I'm check permission on this folder but userA is disapper ?

Any body know how to solved problem.
