Two answers..
1. for honest user question
- the Hotmail system does not support this type of password reset..

2. for the not so honest user question
- so this translates to "Hey..I'm looking to bypass Hotmail security.. Can you guys tell me how?.. and the answer to that would be "no".. at least it would be as long as we stay polite...
