Thanks for the advices, I forgot to mention that I never turn on any
update
on any program even windows, but I did update window and other program
bi-weekly. It's because auto-update is annoying by poping up or
downloading
update without my permission when I am writing program or doing something
else. So the updates are always off.

bug in the program when I trying to use it under internet explorer 7, but
now
I think they fixed, it is scanning my computer now. For Amer website,
it's
down now, I will check when their server back up. Thanks for the website.

I will take times to recheck everything again in the next few days,
