Intresting problem

Hello all,
I' m testing a win 2003 domain with AD.
I want to do this :
Give users permission to open a file in a specific folder but NOT be
able to list folder contents.
Ex :
d:\Data\Folder1\file1.txt

If a user runs the full path (d:\Data\Folder1\file1.txt) the file
should open.
But he should never be able to list d:\Data\Folder1 contents.
