I didn't say the was necessarly just, or that it isn't more than a little of
nose-spite-face, only that I understand the policy. Some of my favorite
people are Russian programmers, <s>.

That is unfortunate, as I am sure there is some great software coming
out of Russia, I have even heard that it was a great place to outsource
programming too, as there are a lot of great programmers and
engineers. But the criminal element is pretty nasty too, not sure if I
believe everything I have read about the Russian Mafia and cyber crime,
but it is still scary nonetheless.
