I am so tired of seeing people recommending AVG Free!

AVG FREE is hopeless at detecting new trojans & malware...ask our unlucky
customers whose computers we have had to disinfect or clean install.

AVG isn't perfect. But it's good enough for home users. I've never had
problems with it myself. As with any software, YMMV.
