setting logon details

I am running xp pro and at the moment my pc boots straight into desktop
bypassing windows logon. At the moment I am logged in as Administrator and
have everything set up the way I want it. My children have been accessing my
pc and interfereing with my settings and programs etc etc. How do I set up
accounts for all of them seperatly so that they do not have access to my
account? I also wish to transfer all of my administrator account details to
a new named account but still of course with administrator privaleges.

ie

Dad (administrator) with current settings
Haley
Tom
Mum
