...which reminds me Lindows. It's been a long while since it took a skill
to install and run Linux, any distro of it. Now anyone can do it.
Besides,
in the enterprise space, most users are given the working OS with
appropriate set of applications (SOE) - that is, they don't need to know
and largely don't care about the OS and stuff.


The key here is to give a OS with applications that seem familiar and
hence,
easy to learn and use. That is what this distro does so well.


And for a few years now I have predicted that when we are to such a point,
as Slav and yourself have been discussing, that *nix distros hurt the
Windows
revenue big-time, we will see a free Windows lite (likely with fairly cheap
feature packs and web-based applications services).
