You have not wasted our time Nima, but you have asked
the unanswerable. How to do some/all of the things that
you mention depends totally on how your provider has this
set up, so it is not possible to answer you. The best thing
is to ask your provider and they will inform you as to what
they allow and how to do it.

I have some question about my ADSL system.
It have a proxy server on it's DNS server and I can't go some sites how
can I pypass it and use some tunneling program for free?
