Hello-
Just inherited a network and there is strange issue going on
The MY document are redirected to the u:\users\%username% folder
The domain users group is part of the domain admins group and
administrators group. I'm trying to remove this and tighten up the
security on the folde rbecaue right now it is wide open
But when I do this users cannot save documents in their my documents
folder, they get access denied or file is read only
I have compared the permissions to other servers I have that but I
cannot pinpoint it
Any insight wpuld be appreciated
Thanks
Check the parent share permissions on the server to make sure that users (or
even EVERYONE) has full control. Then check the NTFS permissions.
