Thank you that worked like a dream. Still the firewall will not come on. it
says something about the internet connection service is not on. or not
present. But at least norton is gone.
Looking over what was found by more than one anti spyware detector it
appears to be PSGuard that I would bet is blocking my firewall. Microsoft
removal tools are not removing it nor is any other removal tool. Any ideas on
how to get PSGUARD off my machine?
