I need to have a few users in the office send encrypted emails through
Outlook 2003. I was looking into 3rd party software for this I and wanted
some suggestions. Many that I have found used .zip files to compress the
email and then encrypt it. I am finding that this might be a problem since
there could be between 5 - 20 emails a day to the specific contacts. I
thought this was not feasible for us. I also found a program called Secured
eMail Home 2.2 that I thought would do the trick. The recipient only had to
download the reader and enter a password once, then all of the emails would
decrypt automatically when they were received. This was the easiest one that
I found to set up and go. Does anyone else have any other encryption program
suggestions that are quick and easy to use?
Another product that is really easy to set up and use is EaSecure. You
can find it at http://www.easecure.com/ . They have a plug-in for
Outlook 2003.
