Suggested by who ? NAV is very popular in USA and has one major advantage
over nod32 and kaspersky - the speed of database updating.

Kaspersky suffers from absence of heuristic at all, while has faster
databases upating then nod32.

I would stop on nod32 or NAV (throw away Kaspersky at all). I like nod32's
virtual machine (but sometimes their analyzing scares me, for example, their
problem with simulating stack - it's easy to crush their analyzer).

No. NAV is not enough nor is it good enough. Kaspersky and NOD32 are
suggested ovver NAV.
