If you double click on that file what happens ? Usually when you click on a
link ShellExecute with "open" flag is invoked, and if there is no software
associated with file extension OS should popup "open with" dialog.

i have a problem with HTA and windows xp sp2,
i have a portal that has a link to a HTA file on the client local drive,
when click the link IE don't open it??
is there any solution using a development way (some script to open it
whatever)???
