Re: Has my Hotmail account been infiltrated?

That's what the "Klez" virus would do. It could have gotten into
your PC at some point or the person you were sending e-mails to
and infiltrated the address book.

--------------------------------------------------------
These types of viruses search your address book and local files for email
addresses. It may find and use e-mail addresses on web pages you have looked
it recently, that are now stored on your PC in your Temporary Internet Files.
The virus sends an email message to these addresses with itself as an
attachment. The subject line, message bodies, and attachment file names are
random.
--------------------------------------------------------

Its very possible someone may have accidently figured out your
password but its unlikely. The only way to tell for sure would be
to have hotmail send you all the IP addresses that access your
account over the past few months. The main thing is you have
changed your hotmail password and you should be ok.
