Malke is lovely, and so is everything she writes in here. Her reply was not
insulting or rude in any way. If you found it so, I suspect you haven't been
using usenet for long.

I respectfully suggest you work on developing a thicker skin if you're going
to be using much at all on the Internet, especially newgroups....and
remember that everyone in here is a volunteer, and is going out of their way
to help others, or try to. Caveat emptor, gift horse/mouth, and all that.
