It is not supported, that is not the same as impossible.
If you are sure there was no other profile active, you may have a problem.
If so, you need to remove all remnants of whatever was used to gain access
to your computer.

If you have a home computer for personal use, that may be enough.
BUT, if the computer is used for business or has sensitive data, your best
option may be to perform a Clean Installation.
A clean Installation may be required if you can not be certain all malware
is removed.
If someone had access to your computer, it is impossible to know exactly
what was done and where by the intruder.
Without knowing exactly what was done, you can not be sure you have fixed
everything.
