What would make you think it came from BSD? The new algos where created by
MSR and the net team built on that. The speed is greatly increased and
security was primary from the beginning. IPV6 and all the stuff around that
was also key design point.

Come on and get serious. If it was that easy everyone would have the
perfect OS. You could say that for any product - "they should have had that
years ago".
