If you are using Windows 2000 domain controllers or Windows 2003 domain
controllers without Group Policy Management Console use Active Directory
Users and Computer to find the container such as the domain container. Then
select the domain container, right click to select properties/Group
Policy/add. Select all to see all GPOs available. If you are using GPMC you
would have to select the container using it and select properties to link a
GPO. --- Steve
