Also, go to Tools -> Internet Options in IE. Click on Settings on General
tab. Change the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" to Every visit to
the page.
Or, as a quick workaround, when you load a page press Ctrl+F5. This will
force IE to check for new content bypassing local cache.
