Password

I am trying to change my password and it will not let me do it. WHy? The
reason I need to change it is because it was recommended by Ebay. Someone
tried to use my ebay account and Ebay emailed me to let me know they also
suggested I change my email password and if I had problems to contact msn.
What can I do.
