Possible..particularly if the group of people are staying in an apartment.
Most of the people dont bother to change the default settings which makes
the linksys SSID name common. n Windows settings allows to connect to the
other unauthorized as well. :)
To see weather any one else is using the connection you can check the arp
entries.
