Antivirus FAQ.
Q. Is it better to have more than one Anti-Virus program installed on
my PC?

A. No, you will not gain any additional protection. Furthermore, the
presence of two different Anti-Virus programs on the same computer can
sometimes cause conflicts that could jeopardize the protective
capabilities of the software.

Firewall FAQ's.

I've ran two antivirus programs before, and while I didn't have any
major issues, I do not recommend it. The same goes for firewalls. At
the very least, you'll have confusion, because each firewall will pop-up
to ask about a program's access. And, if you block it in one, and allow
it in the other, they will conflict.

As for the antivirus programs, the one can scan the other's data files
and give you an alert because they contain virus signatures. So, one
will theoretically wipe out the other's definitions.

My suggestion is this. If you still have time on your antivirus
(Norton's) keep it. If not, then completely uninstall it, and install
the PC Guard. If you find that you don't like PC Guard, you can always
uninstall it, and either reinstall Norton's or find a different solution.

HTH.
