    Will check out security dialog in safe mode on partitions. Am not familiar
    with this part, and hope its accurate in what you're saying.

    Recommend that you actually find an XP HE PC and checkout the logons, other
    than admin installed during OS. This is slightly different in safe mode.
    The Administrator account created by windows installation in normal mode is
    what's used. Yes, its had a password since the installation
    Its what you don't seem to be aware of in safe mode logon availalbility in
    HE is what the crux of the matter is.

    Again, does anyone know how to disable safe mode entry in XP Home Edition
    while using the F8 key at boot time? This an NTFS partition.
