1. Uninstall NAV 2005 via Add/Remove Programs & reboot.

2. Use this removal utility:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

3. Reinstall NAV 2005, if so desired.
