Re: Lost security tools

  None of this seems to work. A reply from "Roger Abell" indicates that
"Local Security Policy" was not available in the home edition. But I have
another computer with a later version and it has it. My problem is that I
cannot log in as "Administrator". I'm not sure what to do now.
