Aaron,
Open Internet Explorer
Click the TOOLS Menu & choose OPTIONS
Switch to the CONTENT tab
Click the AUTOCOMPLETE button
Click the Clear Form's & Clear Password's button's.
That will be if you are talking about a passport in a webpage. You can also
delete all the cookies.
If you are talking about MSN Messenger then you can delete your e-mail from
the registry if you have the permissions to do so.
Click START
Click RUN & type 'regedit' (without quotes) & press ENTER
Navigate to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger' &
double-click the registry key in the right pane called '.User.NET Messenger
Service'
Delete your e-mail address & click OK
Close the registry editor
The password is stored is a place called 'Protected Storage' If you download
this:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/pspv.zip
and run it, you should be able to delete the autocomplete history &
protected storage information. Be warned about 2 things:
1) This utility will reveal Outlook Express & other passwords too
2) Some spyware/virus scanners pick this program's registry entry as a
potential threat, but it is literally a single registry key. I trust this
program fully though.
I hope this info has helped
