Fuzzy Pics/Graphics Online

For a month now all pictures and graphics online have been fuzzy, but not the
pictures in my albums offline so I know it's an online thing. I have two
antivirus programs, I run sweepers, scans, and everything else you can
imagine and there is never a virus found, but I know there has to be one.

Anyone else have this problem before? How can I fix it? It's ruining my
internet, I can't see anything.
