Security Log

We are trying to log account management and some account logons through the
default domain controller gp, but we are unable to get anything to show up in
our security log on the pdc, even if we reset the password directly on the
server. We have got this to work very easily on our test dc but have no idea
why we don't get notifications on our prod dc. Any suggestions?
