I am ignorant of Turkish but can advise that if you can find the
Unicode equivalent for the problematic characters in your
exisiting password, then you should be able to enter it in the
standard login prompting dialog.
For example if in a password one enters the alt+0174 sequence
then one has used ® within the password.
