Keep getting an IncrediMail box when I start up

    I started to download it by mistake and now, after I removed it from my
    programs, I keep getting a Open File Security Warning, publisher IncrediMail
    with only a Run and Cancel option. How can I get rid of it?? It says there is
    an incredinail.exe but cannot find it. Thanks
