In the RRAS Management console you can reduce the number of ports available
for pptp to zero I believe. You can also modify your Remote Access Policy to
not allow pptp - accept l2tp only for instance. Another method that might
work is to use an ipsec filtering policy to block port 1723 TCP or modify
the inbound/outbound filters on your network adapter in RRAS Management
