Dialer.WSV

Hi, I hope somebody can help me, my pc is infected with a virus called
Dialer.WSV and also with a form of adware by the name of adag.exe. Norton
will delete Dialer.WSV but will not delete adag.exe. I am unable to manullly
delete the adware.
