    Can she get into safe mode? Reboot, press F8 during boot over and over
    again, from the special screen select safe mode without networking. Select
    the admin account, either use the default OEM password, the password she may
    have created for the administrator account, or a blank password to get into
    the account. Set her account as admin and reset her password. She might have
    been infested with some sort of scumware that's made changes to the login
    process. You might even be able to restore to the time before this happened.
    If you can't get into the OS because you don't know the admin's password
