If her login ID is the admin for the box (which it should not, but that's
another whole discussion), then one alternative would be accessing the PC
remotely (even if it's not hooked up normally to a network, you can hook it
to one) from another PC and changing the local security policy to not apply
the "Deny logon locally" to her account and/or adding her to the "Allow
logon locally" setting ... You MAY be able to authenticate to her PC from
the other PC using her username/password pair ... If this doesn't work, you
can try rebooting it in safe mode, login as the true "administrator" account
(if you've never renamed it or given it a password, then you just click
"Administrator" from the available logins) and changed the local policy as
above, as well ...

By the way, it may be a good time to add a password to your true
administrator account at this time, too ...
