What program? What do you mean you "can't connect to the site" you
bought it from? To download the program? The Windows Firewall will not
prevent you from downloading a file. To answer your question, you can
turn off the Windows Firewall service by doing:
Start>Run services.msc [enter]
and scrolling down to the Windows Firewall service and disabling it.
*HOWEVER* - it would be extremely unwise to have your computer on the
Internet unprotected by a firewall, even for a minute. Please post back
with more information about the program, the website (with the url so
people can check it out for you), text of any error messages, and
exactly what you are trying to do.
