As well as the options provided by Robear you could use the built-in
"Spynet" feature of the application to report that you are letting the
toolbar run.
If enough people report the same behavior it should be removed from the list
once a specialist has looked at its behavior.
As for the company that makes the toolbar, they are the ones that should use
the Vendor dispute process discussed in the KB that Robear listed.
