Thanks Malke:I found the culprit!It was disguised as a "Web
Enhancer"program.I located it in the add/remove programs feature in the
control panel of XP.The icon is gone from the tool bar/system tray also.I've
rebooted several times and there's been no reappearance.Thanks for all your
help...Joe
