DSO Excploit

I was recently given some very useful advice from this forum and following on
from this, I need further help.
I have installed Adaware and Spybot SD and cleared a lot of Spyware and
Mailware, however, whenenever I run Spybot sd it encounters the following:
DSO Exploit and it has 5 Date source object exploits which look like
registry entries.
I try and fix it, but it appears again and again.
Anybody any ideas, or can I just leve this one on the system?
