Uninvited Favourite

Can anybody help please. Every time I connect to the internet I have an
unwelcome 'Free Hardcore Porn' File placed in my list of favourites. Although
this can be deleted at the time, it re-appeares at each connection.
I also had problems with my start up page, but this appears to have been
resolved by downloading the free programme from www.pjwalczak.com/spguard
Any advice would be appreciated.
