    I didn't think it was "normal". IIS nor Windows Sharepoint Services is
    installed. What I did was break the inheritance of all rights from the
    root of the drive. Then I started from the root to give rights again
    based on needs. For some strange reason this "fixed" the share issue,
    so now if I create a folder the folder is not automatically shared, I
    have to setup the share like it is suppose to be.

    I will mark this up to Bill Gates delusions of a more secure operating
    system, and give the Linux and UNIX communities a laugh.
