OK, thanks; I tried that.
Still couldn't find the program I blocked (MS Messenger -- can't figure out
why it wants to load since I've never used it.), or how to unblock if if I
want to. MS needs to work on this since the Help hardly matches the program,
and the program's block/unblock, as-is (admittedly in beta) is way too
complicated. I mean, as a 20-year PC user (lawyer in small office pretending
[out of necessity] to be his own IT staff) I couldn't figure it out.
