Transitive Interactive logon

Currently we have netlogon debugging turned on, on our network. Our logs are
showing that we have a user account from a specific domain logging in from a
lot of work stations. The entry reads "LOgon "DOMAIN NAME": SamLogon:
Transitive Interactive logon of domain name\user account from machine name
via machine name. Can anyone tell me what exactly what a transitive
interactive logon is? Not transitive trusts, but given that this is
happening on several machines, we don't have one user sitting and logging in
from 100 machines, what exactly is this type of logon?
