I. S. Service??? access to internet?

I recently installed an additional firewall ( ZoneAlarm) and things have
speeded up somewhat. I keep getting something called " I. S. Service" trying
to access the internet. I have denied permission but don't know what this
"program??" is... ZoneAlarm also doesn't know what it is???

Anyone have an idea? A Google search did not help at all....thanks Rich TX

p.s. if this is the wrong forum, please tell me the name of correct
