Hello,
Thanks for Responsing.

I have reformatted my hard drive several times and this step did not remove
this outside threat, because he is accessing my DISABLED accounts and
DISABLING my mcafee personal firewall plus services to gain ILLEGAL access to
this dell computer system.

What is DBAN?

What is rootkit?

I have used the proper security measure, but this outside threat is a
seasoned outside threat, a tracker, a hacker, who knows how to breach a
computer security system.

Thank You for your Time,
Anita
